Worship This Sunday
In Power | Week 5: Refreshing In Power | Acts 3:1–20
We invite you to join us this Sunday as we continue in our series, In Power. We’ve been exploring what our lives and our church look like when we live in the power of the Holy Spirit, who Jesus promised would come to us. So consider this: what would be refreshing to you right now in your life? What would give you a moment of … “ahhhh" … in your life? What happens when the refreshing comes to us in the power of the Holy Spirit?
We’re looking forward to recognizing our moms and joining in the special moment of Child Dedications. This is going to be a great Sunday; invite one more to join you.
facYOUTH Lead THE Cause | Summer Fundraiser
Date: Sunday, April 12–Sunday, May 31
Place: in the lobby
Our facYOUTH students are returning to Denver, Colorado this July for the Lead THE Cause missions trip, and we’d love for you to be part of what God is doing!
One of the ways you can support students is by giving to our “Envelope Wall” fundraiser. Students have decorated envelopes, each with a number on the front. To participate, simply choose an envelope and place that dollar amount inside (for example, envelope #25 = $25). The fundraiser will run through May 31, and every gift helps send students out to be equipped and to share the Gospel!
You may also notice students serving in different areas around the church during this time. That’s intentional! It’s one way we are encouraging them to say thank you for your generous support and investment in their spiritual growth, and to cultivate a culture of service. When you see students serving, be sure to share an encouraging word with them!

facSENIORS Pizza & Movie Night
Date: Friday, May 22
Time: 6–9pm
Place: in the Youth Center
Come for a fun evening of food, fellowship, and entertainment. Pizza and beverages will be served followed by a movie. “The Ultimate Gift” is the story about a deceased billionaire who leaves his spoiled adult grandson a series of odd tasks to perform in order to receive “the ultimate gift,” with the resentful grandson having no idea what that might be!

Pizza with the Staff

Place: in the Youth Center
If you’ve started attending FAC within the past year, this event is just for you!
Join us for Pizza with the Staff—a relaxed, welcoming lunch where you’ll spend time with Pastor Ben and members of the leadership team. It’s a great opportunity for us to get to know you better as well. The gathering will include a brief Q&A session, and you’re invited to submit your questions in advance.
Seating is limited, so registration is required. The deadline to sign up is May 24.

Benevolence Fund
FAC's Benevolence Ministry is designed to help the FAC family, primarily widows, single-parent families, the unemployed, and those with financial emergencies and unexpected expenses. This ministry is entirely funded through the generous giving of our church family.
If you would like to give, whether regularly or when the Lord leads, you can mark your giving envelopes or click on “Benevolence Fund” on the drop-down box through FAC's online giving.

Prayer for International Workers, Chris & Liz, North Africa
Chris and Liz are international workers supported by FAC. They serve in N. Africa. Pray that God will establish their entire team in the Chay region for the long-term, so that God’s glory will be reflected in these people.
You can learn more about Chris and Liz by picking up a copy of our “Prayer Guide for World Missions” at the Missions Table near the entrance of the Worship Center and you can partner with Chris and Liz in ministry by giving to the FAC Missions Fund.
