Inca Link's vision is to reach the 300 million youth of Latin America with Christ’s irresistible love. Today, there are 35 missionaries from the US serving in 7 countries with IL, 15 stateside staff and about 120 Latino missionaries. Steve’s ministry is overseeing the pastoral care of their American missionaries and staff. he travels to locations where missionaries serve in order to spend time with them one-on-one.

Christy is the Director of Member Care for Alliance Missions. She oversees the provision of care to Alliance International Workers and their families. There are over 700 international workers serving in over 70 countries. She travels about 120 days of the year all over the world.

Steve and Christy have three adult children and seven grandchildren.
