To help provide a safe environment for the children, students, and vulnerable individuals we serve, First Alliance Church of Erie requires volunteer clearances for many ministry roles.
Please complete the following clearances:
In addition, please complete one of the following:
FBI Background Check (if you have been a Pennsylvania resident for less than 10 years)
Pennsylvania Disclosure Statement (if you have been a continuous Pennsylvania resident for the past 10 years)
