Worship This Sunday
The Parables of Jesus
Join us this Sunday as we get curious about Jesus’ parable “The Sower and the Seed” and how as Jesus followers we can “group up” in the Kingdom of God.

Annual Nomination Forms
Attention all official members of FAC: This Sunday, July 13, is the last day to pick up a nomination form for this year's annual election of elders and church officers at The Hub. Completed nomination forms must be received no later than July 20, 2025.

Bible Drive
Did you know believers outnumber Bibles 300 to 1, worldwide? Can you imagine sharing 1 Bible with 299 other people or never having access to God’s Word? The goal of Project Bible Runners is to collect 10,000 English Bibles every 3 months, and they need our help.
Would you consider joining FAC as we support the mission of Project Bible Runners by donating a Bible or two? Look through your bookshelves or stop by a thrift store or a garage sale. Bibles in any condition and any translation will gladly be accepted. When a faithful follower of Jesus is equipped with a Bible, he or she will then share the Good News with at least 10 people who will then surrender their life to Jesus!
Bibles can be dropped off at the table in the lobby beginning Sunday, July 13, or in the church office during the week. All Bibles must be received no later than Sunday, July 27.

Family Beach Day 2025
Date: Sunday, August 17
Time: 5pm
Place: at Presque Isle's Beach 11 pavilion
FAC family, make plans to join us on Sunday, August 17, at 5pm, for Family Beach Day at Presque Isle's Beach 11! We will be coming together for a time of worship, fellowship, testimonies AND celebrating baptisms! If you are interested in being baptized, please email info@facerie.org.

Collecting Shoes and Socks for Kids in the Dominican Republic
We are collecting NEW shoes and socks for kids of all ages who live in the Dominican Republic and are associated with Meeting God in Missions (MGM). There will be a collection container next to The Hub from July 6–20. This is a wonderful way for you to support our ongoing ministry with MGM even if you are unable to go on a short-term mission trip!
Sr. Adult Bible Class: "A Harmony of the Gospels"
Date: Sundays, beginning July 6
Time: 11am
Place: in the Fireside Room
We have a Bible class for all those age 55 and better! We are starting a brand new series on "A Harmony of the Gospels" taught by Pastor Scott. See how Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John work in harmony to tell one story, the Good News of Jesus Christ. We also sing hymns together, pray for one another, and fellowship together.
Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Packing Party
Dates: July 9–12 & 14–16
Times: 9am–12pm, 1–4pm, 6–9pm
Place: in the FAC gym
Samaritan’s Purse sends gift-filled Operation Christmas Child (OCC) shoeboxes to children in need around the world, together with the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. FAC is blessed to partner with OCC and host their annual packing party.
Volunteers are needed to prayerfully pack four trucks filled with over 22,000 gift-filled shoeboxes in the following capacities: shoebox packers, box folders, and some strong folks to load the trucks. Volunteers are highly encouraged to register using the link below, as it helps the team better prepare when they know how many volunteers to expect on any given day. Please stop by The Hub to receive a card with all the information and details.
Family Night at the Erie SeaWolves
Date: Friday, July 18
Time: 6:35pm
Place: at UPMC Park
Cost: $10
The facMEN's ministry is sponsoring a family night at the Erie SeaWolves baseball game! Bring the whole family out to the ballpark to cheer on the SeaWolves, then hang around to watch a spectacular fireworks display. Tickets are only $10 each and can be purchased at the table in the lobby on Sunday mornings. TICKETS MUST BE PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. The last day to buy your tickets is Sunday, July 13.
Prayer for International Workers Steve and Christy Volstad
Steve and Christy Volstad are international workers supported by Inca Link, based in the US, but serving missionaries in South America. Praise the Lord for a good move from Edinboro, PA, to Wilkesboro, NC. They had lots of help on both ends. Thank you for praying. Please pray that they will now find good community there and a great church body to worship with.
