Beyond Our Walls | Week 3: Blessed to be a Blessing | Matthew 5:1-12

Can you remember one way that God has blessed you in the last day, week, month, or year … just one way?  Now can you recall how you in turn blessed someone else? Donations for Meeting God in Missions

Meeting God in Missions (MGM) is a nondenominational Christian nonprofit organization that organizes short-term missions trips to the Dominican Republic. Since 1998, MGM has facilitated these trips with the goal of encouraging participants to grow closer to God while serving the needs of the poor in the Dominican Republic. Over the years, many from the FAC family have participated in this important and life-changing ministry, and that continues today!

As a church family, we have an opportunity to come alongside this ministry and help meet practical needs in the Dominican Republic. We are collecting new or gently used shoes, new socks, eyeglasses and reading glasses, and new or gently used sports equipment. A donation barrel is available in the church lobby.

Their greatest need right now is NEW SOCKS! New socks of all sizes are needed for men, women, children, and youth.

As we look for ways to live out our mission beyond our walls, thank you for helping us share Christ’s love by meeting the needs of others!

FAC Seniors Movie & Pizza Night

Movie Selection: What If...
5 years ago, Ben Walker left his girlfriend and his ministry calling for a business opportunity. Now, with a high-paying career and a trophy fiancé, he is visited by an angel who gives him a glimpse into what his life would look like had he followed his calling.

HOPE Childcare Volunteers

Every Tuesday night from 7:00–9:00pm our hallways and classrooms are filled with our international neighbors eager to learn and improve their English skills. One thing that makes that possible is the childcare we offer. We're looking for volunteers to help watch the kids once or twice a month to support the great work being done.

For more information, contact Amy McCullough at amy.mccullough@facerie.org

Pack a Shoebox for Operation Christmas Child

Help share the love of Jesus with children around the world through Operation Christmas Child! Pick up a shoebox at the table in the church lobby, or build one online through our FAC goal page at facerie.org/occ/online. You can also visit facerie.org/occ to learn more about the ministry, find National Collection Week hours (November 16–23), and explore volunteer opportunities.

Benevolence Fund

FAC's Benevolence Ministry is designed to help the FAC family, primarily widows, single-parent families, the unemployed, and those with financial emergencies and unexpected expenses. This ministry is entirely funded through the generous giving of our church family.

If you would like to give, whether regularly or when the Lord leads, you can mark your giving envelopes or click on “Benevolence Fund” on the drop-down box through FAC's online giving.

If you are experiencing a need, you may contact Jim Kubaney (814-323-6825) or Pastor Scott Shuffield (sshuffield@facerie.org).
